No. We operate on a 100% contingency basis, which means you only pay a fee if you hire one of our candidates. There are no upfront costs, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
What happens if the registered nurse we hire doesn’t work out?
We offer industry-leading guarantee periods ranging from 30 days to 6 months. If your new hire leaves or is terminated within that time frame, we’ll replace the candidate at no additional cost.
How quickly can you present candidates?
In most cases, we can begin presenting candidates within 4–5 business days of launching a search. Our extensive internal database and robust ad spend allow us to move fast and efficiently.
Do you have access to registered nurses in all states?
Yes. We have a nationwide reach and can support RN searches in all 50 states, whether the role is in a major metro area or a rural healthcare setting.
